Wirtz ‘gives his word’ to ‘smart’ Liverpool as Germany star ‘wants agreement in place’ before June

“So I think Wirtz has to decide the technical project that is perfect for him. Man City decide to back out of the race because it’s a really expensive transfer. Not that Man City doesn’t have the power but they think that the overall financial package is too high.
